- Eligibility for Refunds: * Our refund policy applies to services purchased through the ProtoVerify website. * To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria: * The service was purchased directly from ProtoVerify. * You have a valid reason for requesting a refund (e.g. dissatisfaction, or cancellation of services).
- Refund Process: * Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process. * The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. * Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
- Non-Refundable Items: * Certain items are non-refundable: * Services that have already been rendered or partially utilized. * Digital products (e.g., downloadable reports or certificates).
How to Request a Refund
